Dave Anderson
Head of Technical, UKGI
Dave is well known as an engaging presenter and trainer who regularly delivers technical compliance webinars and seminars. He excels at explaining and teaching complex technical subjects and processes in a manner that is easy to understand and follow.
Alastair Haughton
Technical Resources Manager, UKGI
Alastair is an insurance and consumer credit compliance professional who has worked in financial services since 1980 (banking, financial advice, mortgages) and in insurance-related compliance roles since 2000. He joined UKGI in May 2012 and has significant experience in regulatory compliance.
Alastair is a specialist in the FCA rules, guidance and associated legislation, and in the analysis and implementation of legislation and regulation. He believes in compliance as a business enabler, and in making compliance live and breathe.
Jean Pearson
Compliance Consultant, UKGI
Jean Pearson is a seasoned Compliance Consultant at UKGI with over two decades of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, and business development.
Since joining UKGI in 2022, Jean has played a key role in advising businesses across the UK on navigating complex regulatory requirements, particularly in general insurance and consumer credit. She is known for her practical, customer-focused approach, and tailoring effective compliance strategies for brokers and intermediary networks.
Emma Sadler
Compliance Consultant, UKGI
Emma is a passionate Compliance Analyst with a strong foundation in sales and customer service, gained within FCA-regulated environments. She brings over six years of experience in the financial services sector, including the past two years specialising in compliance.
Emma has a proven track record in conducting end-to-end compliance reviews and managing comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Programmes across both internal and external business functions. Her well-rounded background and attention to detail enable her to support businesses in navigating regulatory requirements with confidence and clarity.
Anthony McCloskey
Compliance Consultant, UKGI
Anthony provides compliance consultancy support to a wide range of UKGI clients. This includes delivering training, reviewing and advising on financial promotions, conducting document reviews, offering guidance on regulatory matters, and guiding on FCA applications.
