The deadline by which Solo-Regulated firms must have submitted their Directory Persons data for inclusion in the Financial Services Register is looming.
If you haven’t already, you will need to submit data via the FCA’s Connect system by 31 March at the latest.
If you intend using the multiple-upload functionality to submit data on 10 or more persons, you need to have done this by 18 March to ensure your data will have been processed ahead of the 31 March deadline.
The FCA has warned that failure to meet the deadline would constitute a breach of its regulatory reporting requirements and could result in enforcement or supervisory action being taken against you.
The Financial Services Directory already includes Directory Persons data for firms regulated by both the FCA and PRA and also some some Solo-Regulated firms whose data has already been submitted and processed.
