The ICO stressed that it will be continually updating the hub to reflect the latest relevant information as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to develop.

The ICO has stressed that firms should:
- Collect and use only what’s necessary
- Keep it to a minimum
- Be clear, open and honest with staff about their data
- Treat people fairly
- Keep people’s information secure
- Staff must be able to exercise their information rights.
