The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has announced it is hosting a webinar at 10.30am tomorrow (3 December) advising SMEs on how to keep data flowing after the Brexit transition period expires at the end of the year.
Members of the ICO’s customer service team will discuss the key data protection requirements SMEs need to consider, focusing on: the role of the ICO, how data can continue to flow to and from the UK, the impact of the Schrems II judgment, and the requirements for EU Representatives.
