The FCA has updated its Consumer Duty focus areas web page to include new priorities, links to work that has now been published, and further details on existing priorities where they may have changed.
- There is now a link to the review of the consumer understanding outcome.
- The web page now references the joint engagement with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), on the struggle to balance how to meet vulnerability, data sharing, and data protection expectations.
- All of the sector-specific priorities are now listed.
